2,5 dl bulgur (kan erstettes med quinoa for glutenfri variant)
5 dl vann til bulgur
200 g pølse (grillpølse, kyllingpølse, hjemmelagd pølse, viltpølse, Grøstad pølse – se på innholdsfortegnelsen at den er glutenfri og melkefri dersom du er intolerant/allergisk)
50 g chorizo (kan utelukkes)
Ca 1/2 dl vann
1 rødløk
1 rød paprika
2 fedd hvitløk
100 g babyspinat
Salt
Pepper
Annet krydder som f.eks: oregano, karri, paprika, gurkemeie, timian.
Smør eller kokosolje til steking (velg kokosolje for melkefritt)
Gjør slik:
- Kok bulgur etter anvisning på pakken.
- Skjær chorizo i ønskede biter og stek i tørr panne til pølsebitene begynner å “svette”. Legg til side i en kasserolle.
- Skjær pølsene i ønsket størrelse, stek i panne og legg de i samme kasserolle som chorizobitene.
- Kok ut pannen med vann og slå vannet over pølsebitene.
- Finhakk rødløk, paprika og hvitløk og stek dette.
- Ha løkbandingen i samme kasserolle som pølsebitene. Tilsett også spinat.
- La dette surre til spinaten faller sammen. Synes du at det er for tørt kan du tilsette mer vann.
- Du kan velge om du tilsetter bulgur i pølsegryta eller om du vil servere den ved siden av.
- I tillegg kan du ha frisk salat til.
